Bright ruby red. Intense nose with a touch of mild toast that melds well with the fresh red berry fruit and touch of spice and jam. The palate is well structured and fresh with notes of ripe fruit, balanced acidity, and a juicy, creamy nish.
Ideal with juicy meats such as roasted ribs, as well as with mushroom risotto, cheeses, and vegetable gratins. Serve at 16 ºC / 61 ºF.
