TASTING NOTES

Deep ruby red. Intense nose with notes of tobacco, green tea, and fresh plums. Smooth, elegant palate with juicy tannins and a pleasing nish.

FOOD PAIRING

Recommended with meat-lled cannelloni with lightly seasoned vegetables. Also pairs well with spicy Asian dishes. Serve at 16°C / 61°F.
