Clean golden yellow, with good intensit on the nose, ower and tropical aromas such as pinneaple, also mango, pear and nal notes of spices, vanilla and butter . Wide and rich volume, balanced acidity and a fresh, fruity nish.
Recommended with poached Salmon with Caper Butter Sauce, cheese soué, creamy sauces adn veggie food. Serve at 14°C / 57°F.
