Bright golden yellow. Good intensity on the nose with a mild perfume recalling white owers and jasmine. Very fresh and elegant palate with mineral and citrusy notes. Medium bodied with rich acidity and a long and pleasing nish.
Serve with a wide range of dishes such as thai food, fatty sh, and ripe blue cheeses such as Roquefort. Also ideal as an aperitif or after dinner with sliced fruit desserts. Serve at 13°C / 57ºF.
