TASTING NOTES

Bright ruby red. Intense nose, light touch of well-integrated toast with fresh fruit, vibrant red berries, and a touch of spice and jam. Fresh and well-structured palate with notes of ripe fruit, balanced acidity, and a juicy, creamy nish.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal with red meats, lamb, game, pâté, stued pastas, risottos, ripe cheeses, and charcuterie. Serve at 16ºC / 61ºF.
