6–8 months french oak.
Purplish red. Fruity nose with light, well-integrated oaky notes. Blackberries on the fruity palate with firm acidity, ripe tannins, and a floral note on the long finish.
Pairs well with stewed red and white meats prepared with herbs, olives, and mushrooms. Also with Chilean-style creamed corn with basil. Serve at 16ºC / 61ºF.
