TASTING NOTES
Bright purplish red. Intense and fruity nose with aromas of wild berries. Broad, full-bodied palate. Silky and elegant with a touch of red fruit such as cherries leading to a long nish.
FOOD PAIRING
Pair with oven-roasted sh, hummus, fresh vegetables, beef or salmon tartare, and japanese dishes. Serve at 14°C / 57ºF.
