Intense ruby red, this Cabernet Sauvignon oers red fruit aromas along with spices, chocolate, turmeric, black pepper, and black currant. The deep and delicate palate reveals a predominance of fruit such as blueberries and plum jam. The tannins are soft and enveloping, and the nish is long and pleasing.
Pairs well with classic cuts of grilled or braised beef. Serve at 16ºC /61ºF.
