Purplish ruby red in color, this Merlot presents fruity aromas recalling blackberries and sweet raspberries with a subtle note of toee. The palate is juicy and enveloping with elegant tannins and blackberry notes. Lush and well rounded with a touch of sweet spice recalling cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla.
Recommended with risottos, stews, casseroles, and pastas with mild sauces. Serve at 16ºC / 61ºF.
