Bright, clean greenish yellow. Intense mineral nose recalling white owers. Elegant and very fresh palate with a citrusy touch of lime and grapefruit along with pineapple. Medium bodied and persistent.
Pairs well with fatty sh carpaccios and mixed ceviches with olive oil as well as fresh tropical fruits and berries. Serve at 13°C / 57ºF.
