Making of wines has been trusted to expert oenologists led by Joana Pereira. They are faithful representatives of the new generation of Chilean innovating and restless professionals searching for an own identity for their wines, committed with the elements provided by the generous Nature in our lands which definitively shall make the difference of Chilean wines throughout the world. Fresh wines, well-balanced, franc and elegant, representatives of the Colchagua Valley, enriched with the complexity provided by the moderate use of fine American and French oak barrels.
Granting privilege to quality over volume, we are very proud to produce wines with character, taste and friendly to the drinker which instead of tiring they stimulate the palate to continue their consumption. We are opting for winemaking with a goal to preserve typical aromas of every variety, enhancing the kind and expression of each of them. It is thus that year after year we have achieved progress in the art of producing wines of origin.
We also count with the valuable collaboration of Felipe de Solminihac, an outstanding and renowned oenologist as well as Chilean academic of vast trajectory in the field of winemaking who has contributed to the development of quality of our wines.
By keeping the management model of coordination and permanent back feeding with work at the vineyards, the Bisquertt oenologists have managed to achieve a joint vision providing priority to team work, passion for what is being done and a joint focusing on problems and solutions that may allow advancing towards planned objectives and goals. It is an innovative team, young and at the vanguard of oenology in Chile , which has learned how to materialize its aspirations and to achieve increasingly better wines.
