BELLINI

Toast with this elegant and bubbly Bellini — perfect for brunch, celebrations, or any special occasion.

INGREDIENTS | Serves 6–8

1 bottle of chilled Petirrojo brut sparkling wine

1 cup of ripe peach puree (can be natural or drained canned)2

tablespoons of simple syrup (optional, depending on the sweetness of the peach)

PREPARATION

Place the peach puree in a pitcher or directly into glasses. Slowly add the sparkling wine and mix gently. Serve immediately.
