CHARDONNAY SOUR
Surprise with this smooth and refreshing Chardonnay Sour—a classic sour reinvented with the elegant touch of wine. Ideal for aperitifs or relaxing afternoons.
INGREDIENTS | Serves 6–8
1 bottle of La Joya Gran Reserva Chardonnay
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup simple syrup
2 pasteurized egg whites (optional, for frothy texture)
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites (if using). Shake until frothy, then add ice and the Chardonnay. Shake again gently. Strain into glasses and garnish with a lemon wedge.
